Polar Tough Models

Choose the right Polar Tough Home to meet your needs.

Polar Tough Homes are compact, single-module homes that ship folded and unfold on site. Choose the model that matches your household size, space preferences, and intended use, then select the insulation tier and roof option that fits your climate and logistics.

Wood Free Durability

The primary structural system is wood-free, meaning the core frame and shell do not rely on traditional wood framing. In cold, wet, freeze-thaw environments (especially where maintenance capacity is limited) wood-free construction can reduce susceptibility to rot and certain moisture-related degradation.

Our internal framework consists of high-grade galvanized and powder-coated steel with thermal breaks as needed to ensure a strong, long-lasting asset. Combined with controlled factory construction, the intent is improved durability, tighter tolerances, and reduced life-cycle risk compared to conventional stick-built approaches in similar conditions.

Available Models

Polar Tough Homes are practical, Alaska-first housing solutions designed for cold climates, remote logistics, and short building seasons. Our design priorities are affordability and speed as first-order requirements, not afterthoughts.

Polar Tough Homes offers five core models, each designed as a single-module solution that can be shipped efficiently and deployed quickly on a prepared foundation.

Note: exact square footage, ceiling heights, weights, folded dimensions, unfolded footprint, and utility connection points will be published once final technical spec sheets are confirmed. In the meantime, request a quote and we will provide the latest model-specific specifications.
